We know it all comes down to claims and understand that a well handled claim is the best advert we or our insurer partners can have. When we recommend an insurer to our clients we have to be confident that:

• They are financially secure and will be able to meet claims against them
• They will offer an efficient and professional claims service
• They will treat our clients fairly
• Our clients will want to renew with them because of the way their claim was handled

We understand that emergencies don’t always happen during office hours!

That’s why our insurer partners provide emergency helplines. For some policies we also provide more bespoke claims services including:

• Obtaining insurers agreement to the appointment of a nominated loss adjuster
• Arranging insurance policies to cover the cost of commercial clients having their own independent Loss Adjuster
